About Us

Established in Kartal, Turkey for the production of die parts.

The production of the ejector pins used in plastic injection molding applications was started.

Moved to its production facility with a closed area of 2,200 sqm in Kurtköy, Turkey.

First export to Europe in 1994.

ISO 10243 Die Springs production started. Now, Kalıpyansan is one of the 5 leading manufacturers of ISO 10234 Die Springs in Europe.

Moved to Kalıpyansan Production Facility with a closed area of 7,000 sqm in Kocaeli, Turkey.

New series was added to the die springs. The production of ultra-heavy and extra-light load die springs has been started with the Kalıpyansan standards.

Kalıpyansan exports to more than 30 countries worldwide.

Kalıpyansan Çayırova Production Facility; with its closed area of 7.000 sqm, it helps to produce high quality goods in a safe environment.

Taking advantage of being in TAYSAD Automotive Supplier Industrial Park, Kalıpyansan provides a healthy and peaceful business environment.
