About Us

Our journey began in 1981 with the production of punches; today we produce high quality standard and special castings for the world at large that are the benchmark for the industrial production and use of castings in general.

We have been producing at our 7,500m² closed-area modern factory in Şekerpınar to achive higher levels of production and storage capacities since February 2015.

We supply standard castings for domestic and international manufacturers in the automotive, white goods, electronics and medical sectors, to name a few.

We export 30% of our products after stringent inspection and quality control processes.

1981
We set off on our journey in Kartal, Istanbul, with humble yet large goals.
1986
In the following five years punches, matrices, steel bearing, guide pillars, and ball bearings became our leading products.
1987
We added ejector pins to our product line to meet the need for them in the sector.
1991
We were now in the 1990’s. We began producing our expanding product line to higher standards and in larger amounts in our 1500m² factory. We were then able to process 20 tonnes of steel per year with our new machine park and larger workforce in our new factory.

1994
This was the year when our domestic success gave us the courage to expand into the global arena. We attended our first exhibition abroad, the result of which we began to export to Germany.
2000
By 2000 we were exporting in larger amounts to the wider world, meaning we had to expand our production facilities. The extensions we added to our factory meant it grew to 2200m², and we added the production of slot punches to the items we produce.
2004
The time had now come to prove ourselves to more stringent levels in the exportations we were making to the wider world. We began to produce steel die rings to ISO 10243 standard after completing the necessary work. This success confirmed us as one of the top 5 firms in Europe.
2015
Once again our success necessitated in us having to reconsider our manufacturing capacity. Management has decided upon Kalıpyansan moving its operations to a 7500m² closed area factory in the TAYSAD Organised Industrial Zone.
