Kalıpyansan is participating in EuroBLECH 2018 to be held in Hanover between 23-26 October 2018 in order to exhibit its die parts which it manufactures with its experience more than 36 years.

Kalıpyansan manufacturing die parts in compliance with international standards, is participating in EuroBLECH, the largest sheet metal working technology exhibition in the world, for the 10th time this year. In the 25th EuroBLECH Exhibition, a wide product range will take place including Kalıpyansan Hole Punches and Ejector Pins in addition to ISO 10243 Die Springs, which are firstly and only manufactured in Turkey by Kalıpyansan.

Kalıpyansan; which manufactures die parts with high quality production mentality by adopting new technology, new standard and new design concepts, manufactures hole punches used in sheet metal moulds, long-lasting ejector pins used in plastic and metal injection moulds, ball cages minimizing the wearing in surface frictions as guide elements also guide pillars as well as bronze and steel bushes. In addition to these product groups, new generation Kalıpyansan Die Parts that could meet the special need of production with durable rectangular die springs in ISO 10243 standards started to be manufactured in 2005; will be exhibited in October 2018 in Hanover, Germany.

The new series of die springs offers alternative options of high performance to the die and machinery users.

Having produced die springs in compliance with ISO 10243 Standards, Kalıpyansan has added new options to the new generation mechanical die springs it produced firstly in Turkey. The new range is produced according to Kalıpyansan Standards and composed of ultra heavy load brown die springs and extra light load silver color die springs. The brown and silver color-coded Kalıpyansan Springs are qualified to be exposed to ultra heavy and extra light load action and offer alternative options to the die and machinery users.

Kalıpyansan has been meeting quick delivery demands from the customers by storing more than 550 type of durable die springs including the new series.
